By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services.

CMYK Inkfinity reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this Website constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

We may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by posting them on cmykinkfinity.com or by sending an email to the address you provided when registering. You may withdraw consent to receive communications electronically by contacting us at cmykinkfinity@gmail.com, but if you do so, you must discontinue use of your account and our services.

Copyrighted Materials for Limited Use

This Website contains graphics, photographs, images, layouts, artwork, text, fonts, software tools, and other information (collectively, “Content”). All Content is the property of CMYK Inkfinity or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the Content except as expressly allowed in these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to add, delete, or modify any part of the Content at any time without prior notice.

Use of Website

You are granted permission to access and use this Website and its Content solely for the purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services from CMYK Inkfinity (“Products”).

You agree not to:

• Use Content for any unauthorized purpose, including as a trademark, for unlawful activities, or for offensive or defamatory materials.
• Upload or order Products containing material that infringes the rights of third parties (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity).
  
• Include any images, designs, or text without proper authorization from their rightful owners.

By placing an order, you warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions for the materials submitted. You authorize CMYK Inkfinity to produce Products on your behalf and agree to accept responsibility for the content you provide.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they are in Approved status. No refunds will be issued after approval.

Returns, Refunds, & Reprints

Our goal is to provide the best possible printing experience. If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within five (5) business days of receiving it. Claims can be submitted by contacting cmykinkfinity@gmail.com.

• You may be asked to provide digital photos documenting the issue.
• In some cases, defective Products must be returned to CMYK Inkfinity at the customer’s expense within an agreed timeframe. If a defect is confirmed, reasonable shipping costs may be reimbursed.
• Rush fees, expedited shipping, and other delivery surcharges are non-refundable unless the carrier fails to deliver or delivers defective Products.
  

 

Customer Supplied Proofs

If you select the “No Proof. Run As Is.” option, CMYK Inkfinity is not responsible for any errors in your submitted files.

Color Accuracy

Please note that color proofs cannot match final printed products 100%. Variations may occur due to differences in proofing and printing processes. CMYK Inkfinity is not responsible for color shifts outside standard tolerance ranges.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CMYK Inkfinity, its partners, affiliates, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or from infringement of any third-party rights through the content you provide.

Right of Refusal

CMYK Inkfinity reserves the right to refuse service or products to any individual or organization at our discretion.
