1. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders submitted by the customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Incorrect Orders
If we made an error in your order (wrong size, product, or design), we will replace it at no cost to you.
